Job Summary: Maintains custody, care, control, and safe transportation of non-citizens assigned to the facility. The Transportation Officer is a Detention or Correctional Officer whose primary duty assignment involves the secure movement and transportation of non-citizens to and from courts, medical appointments, other detention facilities, airports, and other authorized destinations. Ensures compliance with facility policies, security procedures, and applicable transportation regulations while maintaining the safety and security of non-citizens, staff, and the public.
