The Mortgage Loan Underwriter reviews, analyzes, and makes decisions on first and second mortgage residential real estate loan products which align with the organization's overall strategy and within Langley and industry guidelines. The Underwriter ensures mortgage loans are saleable in the secondary market or meet Langley portfolio policy and guidelines.
