Kilpatrick, a large international law firm, is seeking a Desktop Services Analyst for our IT Department in our San Francisco office. This position will be part of our team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients. This position is responsible for 2nd level technical support for all hardware and software issues, audio, video and web conference support, manage, administer and coordinate issues relating to video, audio and web conference requests. In-office presence required.
