About this role
The Exterior Patrol Officer is responsible for helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members by patrolling and monitoring Jamul Casino property. You will serve as the primary responder to all calls for service in the property’s external grounds including guest assists, lockout service, battery jumpstart service, traffic control, and investigation of incidents. In addition, you will deliver excellent guest service, protect company property, support gaming operations, and ensure compliance with Jamul Casino’s P&P. You will be reporting to the Security Leadership Team. As an Exterior Patrol Officer, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
