About this role
The Maintenance Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces throughout the senior living community to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position performs surface repairs, painting, staining, wall covering maintenance, and related upkeep while minimizing disruptions to residents. The Maintenance Painter works closely with the maintenance team to support facility appearance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
