The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for tech roles, combined with experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes. This individual should possess a deep understanding of full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, and thrive in a fast-pace collaborative environment.
