About this role
The Grassroots Advocacy Manager supports Indiana Farm Bureau’s efforts to research, develop, and advance policy solutions aligned with the organization’s mission and the needs of its membership. This role helps connect grassroots input to organizational policy strategy, by gathering member perspectives and assisting in the development of policy and advocacy materials. The role requires strong analytical skills and clear communication to translate complex issues into accessible information for members and stakeholders. The role works closely with Indiana Farm Bureau members, county presidents, regional managers and the rest of the Public Policy team to transform member identified needs into actionable policy agendas and support the organization’s advocacy, education, and legislative work.
