About this role
The Manager, Enterprise Data & AI Strategy leads the execution of IBP’s enterprise data, AI, and intelligent automation initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Internal Audit, this role acts as a strategic bridge between business units, PMO, IT, and senior leadership—driving the adoption of governed, scalable data solutions and enabling AI‑powered insights across the organization. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing IBP’s enterprise data environment, operationalizing AI strategy, and building automation capabilities that support our highly decentralized operating model.
