Hy-Tech Drilling is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee underground and surface diamond drilling projects across Canada. In this leadership role, you will supervise drill crews, coordinate daily operations, maintain strong safety standards, and ensure high-quality drilling performance using Hy-Tech’s industry-leading, company-designed equipment. You'll play a key role in mentoring crews, troubleshooting complex drilling systems, and building strong client relationships while working on a rotational schedule in dynamic mining environments.
