Horizon is looking for an Access Specialist in our clinic located in Lockport NY. Under the Supervision of the Access Coordinator, the Access Specialist is responsible for daily non-clinical schedule operations, ensuring that all systems are working in a coordinated and efficient manner to meet patient access requirements for the CCBHC. The Specialist plays a key role in real-time schedule management, patient flow coordination, and operational support, helping ensure alignment with agency standards and CCBHC regulations. This position works closely with clinical teams and leadership to maintain access targets and enhance the patient experience. All functions are being performed according to agency standards and measured against CCBHC regulations. This position is full-time Monday - Friday.
