Horizon is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the growth and mission of our behavioral health organization by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent. This role is supporting CCBHC and Niagara County and is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, community outreach, and candidate experience, with a focus on building strong pipelines for clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and passionate about supporting mental and behavioral health services in the WNY community. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position.
