About this role
The IT Operations Engineer I role is to support the stable operation of the operational region’s network and end user devices. This includes assisting in planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. IT Operations Engineer I’s/ will also diagnose, resolve, and document all hardware, software, and network issues, and provide end-user training and support where required.
