About this role
HCRS seeks an agile and versatile mental health professional with experience working in schools to provide school-based mental health case management to middle and high school students in a local public school. The ideal candidate can move fluidly between direct service — teaching self-regulation and executive functioning skills — and administrative responsibilities like attending IEP meetings, as well as supporting families through home/school communication and parent education. The SBCM will also provide supervision to Behavior Interventionists who work on site. Experience working in schools and with Behavioral Interventions is required; experience with case management is preferred. Bachelor's or relevant experience preferred. The pay for this position is between $27.50-$32 per hour.
