About this role
MAIN FUNCTION: Provides Interfaith spiritual care to Griffin Hospital patients and staff in a professional manner under the guidance of the Director of Spiritual Care and Education and facilitates spirituality and support groups and other assignments from the Director. Responsible for all documentation in a timely manner. Computer literate/clerical support. Chaplaincy shifts both in-hospital and on-call; must be available on weekends. EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Master's degree plus 2 units of clinical pastoral education preferred, other experience considered. EXPERIENCE: Emergency department chaplaincy and work in diversity & inclusion, strongly preferred. Crisis Ministry and Interfaith Chaplaincy and experience in facilitating groups required.
