About this role
Clinical Analyst provides implementation and support services to clients in the organization. These services may include application build, education, training, process analysis, process redesign, fit gap analysis, policy development, procedure development, troubleshooting, interaction with vendor support services, report development, and progress reporting to management and stakeholders. The Clinical Analyst will work in an independent manner with minimal direct supervision. The Clinical Analyst will assist our clients in developing workable downtime and disaster recovery procedures. The Clinical Analyst will use their own judgement and initiative to solve problems of a low degree of complexity.
