Following several weeks of initial training on days (M-F), new hires are assigned to a rotating schedule on (2 on/2 off/3 on/2 off/2 on/3 off), on either days or nights (due to availability). This translates to extra overtime pay despite more time off in a full calendar year and every other weekend off! The work schedule may seem too good to be true: half the year off and built in OT!
