Fisher-Titus Nurse Residency Program The Nurse Residency Program is designed for new registered nurse graduates with less than one year experience. The purpose of this program is to assist with the transition into clinical practice. The nurse residency program will focus on the development of critical thinking skills, clinical leadership, and decision-making skills. Fisher-Titus is seeking recent graduates from an accredited nursing program to join our team.
