About this role
You’ll oversee the daily planning, creation, publishing, and management of social content across ECPI University and affiliate channels. This includes developing platform-specific content, managing the editorial calendar, coordinating shoots across campuses, and working with faculty, students, alumni, subject matter experts, departments, and campus teams to capture stories from across the ECPI University experience. You’ll stay current on platform trends, use performance data to guide decisions, and manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments. This role also supervises the Digital Communications Specialist and collaborates with the broader marketing team on projects that support ECPI’s brand, mission, and enrollment goals.
