About this role
The Loans Administrator is an important part of the StellerVista team by being detail-oriented and timely in your service to our members. This position provides administrative support to financial services lending staff in the processing of new and renewed personal loans, mortgages, and lines of credit for all designated branches. You will also prepare and submit legal mortgage document packages to lawyers within established timeliness and accuracy standards. You will also prepare documentation for retail mortgage and loan discharges, maintain retail loan files and records, prepare a variety of retail loan reports, and support the Retail Delinquency Control Program for all accounts by reviewing daily and weekly delinquency reports and initiating collection activities.
