Manages all phases of the installation process, including site preparation, demolition, material coordination, project scheduling, and final installation of various flooring products. Leads and supervises installation crews, providing direction, training, and quality control while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Performs hands-on installation work as needed and ensures efficient, production-focused operations that maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
