This role ensures the organization maintains effective resilience capabilities in alignment with regulatory expectations, risk appetite, and organizational priorities. The Senior Specialist operates independently on complex assignments, providing guidance to business units, supporting resilience planning and testing, and delivering insights on risks, gaps, and program effectiveness. This role contributes to strengthening enterprise resilience through governance, analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
