About this role
Your role as a Team Lead will be to provide support to the Manager in all aspects of administration, team leadership, and home support. You will work closely with the team to provide meaningful and role-model Person-Centered Active Supports. Some of your duties can include: Provide support and engage individuals to live as full citizens Supporting the coordinator with administrative and financial tasks Supporting individuals with various life goals Home support duties (including, but not limited to personal care, bathing, bathroom support, meal preparation and light housekeeping) Community outings (including, but not limited to volunteering, paid employment and leisure activities) Maintaining records of daily activities and goal progression
