About this role
Under the general supervision of the Medical Manager/Site Managers, the Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the CHC. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered service while managing all front desk operations with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. The Front Desk Receptionist ensures smooth patient flow from arrival through departure, maintains compliance with all health center policies, and actively supports the team in achieving department goals.
