About this role
We are looking for a Visa and Immigration Specialist based in Belgrade (hybrid working model) to support client travel teams with visa, passport, and immigration services. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end case coordination, prepare and monitor documentation, maintain records in INON and IMMIGO, provide expert guidance, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely case delivery. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and global partners, this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
