The Janitor plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across Central City Concern’s locations. From keeping lobbies, hallways, offices, bathrooms, common areas, and turnovers and residential rooms spotless to supporting crew leadership and training, this role helps set the standard every day. They also conduct safety and quality inspections to ensure each space is not just clean—but cared for.
