About this role
Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Thursday, July 16th from 10:00am-2:00pm. We are looking for Part Time (24 hours) Direct Care and CNA staff to provide quality care and support to those served. Ideal candidates will have had previous experience working with individuals with complex mental illness in addition to compounding medical needs.
We have part time openings with a range of shifts available for 2nd and 3rd. Hours are 24 hours a week. Weekend availbility is a must! The Heron House is an 18 bed Enhanced Medical Group Living Environment (EMGLE) program that is located in East Longmeadow, MA.

We currently have the following job openings for this program:
• Certified Nurses Aid (CNA)
• Direct Care Staff
CNA and Direct Care rate is: $20.00/hr. with a $2.00/hr. differential for overnight shifts
• One-year experience in a Behavioral Health setting, preferred.
• One-year experience working with the elderly, people with disabilities, behavioral challenges and cognitive disabilities, preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and registered vehicle.
