About this role
As the Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the leasing and marketing success of an assigned group of communities. This includes but is not limited to the oversight, training, and accountability of the Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) platform, and managing and monitoring the planning, execution, and effectiveness of all assigned communities' Monthly Marketing Plans and marketing channels.
