This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening the community. Facilitators are the consistent, trusted adults young people interact with each week. This year-round role leads the delivery of Achievers programming, coordinating assigned programs and events while creating engaging, supportive learning experiences that help youth thrive. Working directly with designated participant groups, Facilitators build meaningful relationships, keep sessions on track, and foster an environment where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator who is dependable, youth-centered, and skilled at building positive relationships while managing program responsibilities with professionalism.
