POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Retail Sales Associates play an active role in delivering exceptional customer service and selling merchandise to our fans at the team store and other kiosks. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes:
• Delivering exceptional customer service and providing a friendly and welcoming environment
• Engaging customers through open-ended questions and demonstrating the product
• Assisting with indirect service initiatives including merchandising, replenishment, floor plans, signage, organization, and product layout
• Accurately handling cash and effectively processing transactions using POS system
• Responsible for daily opening and closing duties including cashing in and end of day paperwork
• Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• A commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with an eagerness to learn more about the retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• A natural ability to communicate with people with confidence and professionalism
