About this role
As part of our deposit and relationship management team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customers’ trust and loyalty. Deposit Operations Managers are responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch deposit department. The DOM provides leadership for the branch development process, while developing and maintaining branch vision, goals and objectives. The DOM provides leadership, direction and guidance of branch activities in achieving bank-wide goals and objectives and ensures that applicable banking laws and regulation, along with bank policy and procedures, are being followed.
