About this role
Provides support and assistance to the multidisciplinary staff to include, but not limited to, answering phone requests for service, respond to walk-in requests for service, return written requests for services with brochures, etc., conducts phone and face-to-face screenings, completes intakes and the necessary documentation, makes appointments for services, researches available resources and keeps information current, orients new patients to the IOP program, provides support to group facilitators by observing urine screening, making copies, setting up DVD player, chairs, attendance sheets, collection labels, etc. Ensures meals for the patients are on time and supports staff with required audits.
