About this role
A Financial Service Representative works with customers interested in opening accounts, and cross-sell deposit and loan accounts and services. Is responsible for describing available accounts and explaining the services connected to each type such as the use of ATMs, direct deposit, and overdraft protection. The FSR is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s information is confidentially and effectively recorded electronically.
