About this role
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Director of Nursing for its 60-bed dual diagnosis facility in Castle Rock, CO (avg. census ~40, still growing). Comp $110K - $130K. You'll lead nursing with real autonomy — while having something most SUD facilities don't: an Executive Director who's an RN with a DON background, plus support from our National Director of Nursing. We need a proven leader with the clinical skills to complement strong leadership — a fair communicator who holds their team accountable and welcomes interdepartmental collaboration so solutions can actualize. Requires active CO RN license, 5+ years progressive nursing leadership, 2+ years in behavioral health.
