About this role
The HR Generalist partners with employees, managers and HR Managers in employee relations, project management, all elements of the employee life cycle, and HR administration. This position participates in projects for the HR team, investigates and brings resolution to employee relations issues that provides fair and consistent treatment to all employees, and in a manner consistent with the company’s policies and procedures. Provides HR administrative support on company systems, policies, and procedures.
