Position Overview The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting a regional Talent Acquisition team within Encore. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders within the region and primarily be responsible for all recruiting related administrative activities. The Recruiting Coordinator should have exceptional organizational skills, excellent reporting and Microsoft Office experience including excel and PowerPoint, and strong verbal communications. This position will support a team of recruiters in a high-volume recruiting environment with the objective of effectively leading new hires through the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
