About this role
We are currently looking for a 3rd Shift SAM Operator to be based out of New Bedford, MA. Reporting to the Supervisor, the SAM Operator will be responsible for setting up, operation, inspection and adjustment of large machinery. Performs operations on assigned machines. May perform simple or routine set-ups. Notifies machine set-up/adjuster if more complex tool or machine adjustments are required. Operates computer console as needed. Uses simple measurement instruments to check work. Completion of necessary paperwork and maintaining clean and organized work area.
