Las Ventanas, a Human Good community, located in Las Vegas, Nevada The RN is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Full Time - Sun to Tuesday (6a-6:30p) OR Wed-Fri (6a-6:30p) - Pay range $33.00 to $43.00 depending on experience.
