About this role
We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator dedicated to ensuring the well-being of participants in our program. Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the the Program Coordinator will assist the Program Supervisor with overseeing the provision of support for participants living at a specific site(s). Responsibilities include helping with staffing, providing on-site training for new staff, and addressing concerns in participant homes. The role also includes overseeing routine tasks like activity planning, cleaning schedules, vehicle maintenance, grocery shopping, and safety equipment checks.
