About this role
Working as part of the Brand and Public Engagement team, and in close collaboration with the Strategic Communications and Marketing, Creative and Web, Fundraising, Partnerships, and Country Programs teams, the Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that media productions are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with AWF’s brand and quality standards. The role supports end-to-end production workflows, with a particular emphasis on pre-production coordination, vendor and workflow management, short-form digital editing, and production logistics. The Media Production Coordinator helps expand the reach and impact of AWF’s storytelling by adapting long-form content into platform-appropriate short-form content for digital and social media channels.
