POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION

Lead Business Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Forecasting, CRM, Market Insights and Performance Analytics for the Prescription Business Unit. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive commercial excellence and business growth.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and evolve the BI strategy and roadmap. • Lead KPI governance and performance reviews. • Drive Sales Force Effectiveness, targeting and territory optimization. • Measure and optimize omnichannel engagement activities. • Lead forecasting processes with Finance and Business leaders. • Manage CRM analytics and adoption. • Conduct market research and analysis to support informed business decision-making. • Transform market, customer and patient insights into recommendations. • Monitor competitors and prescribing trends. • Develop dashboards and self-service analytics. • Support launches and portfolio performance tracking. • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other key cross-functional areas to ensure a strategy fully aligned with business objectives. • Assess new opportunities and drive Business Case (BC) execution.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field. • Postgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Marketing or Data Science is desirable. • 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence or Analytics within Pharma. • Experience supporting Primary Care and Specialty Care businesses. • Knowledge of prescription products and commercial operations. • Strategic and commercial mindset. • Data-driven decision making • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Advanced analytics and problem-solving capabilities. • Project management and cross-functional alignment. • Leadership through influence (“make things happen through others”). • Business English and Spanish proficiency. • Power BI, Excel, databases and CRM expertise.
