Job Posting Location Nonthaburi Job Summary วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการทดสอบระบบ (Test Planning, Test Strategy) สำหรับ Software/Application ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท Job Description หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) - วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการทดสอบระบบ (Test Planning, Test Strategy) สำหรับ Software/Application ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท - กำหนด Test Case, Test Scenario และ Test Script ให้ครอบคลุมทุกฟังก์ชันการทำงาน - ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนา (Developers), ทีม Business Analyst และทีม Operation เพื่อให้เข้าใจ Requirement อย่างถูกต้อง - นำทีม Tester ในการดำเนินการทดสอบทั้ง Manual และ Automated Testing - ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Report) และคุณภาพของระบบ - กำกับดูแลการทำ Regression Testing, Performance Testing และ UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัย - สนับสนุนการขึ้นระบบ (Go-Live) โดยตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ Software และความเสถียรของระบบ
