About this role
Stylists at ASOS are highly organised, creative and efficient future leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, photography and seamless operations. As one of our Stylists, you will be working closely with Senior Stylists and Styling Managers at ASOS Creative Studios. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to help deliver the best e-commerce, social, AMG and Campaign assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. You have the ability to be a part of and support a team with a creative, strategic and operational mindset.
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting directly into the Senior Stylists, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-today running of the Styling teamPrimarily consisting of styling in Creative Studios to support product page enrichment of 1000+ products per dayStyling from time-to-time on shoots for social, AMG, Campaigns and HomepageWorking with social and talent teams to ensure styling is aligned and strong across all areas of AsosWorking within ASOS Creative Studios, you will be required to pull styling that will represent our products in the best way true to our ASOS aestheticBe required to work closely with the shoot team to ensure the shoot is executed to the highest standardEnsuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered toCollaborating with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiencyAdapting to different shoot types and styling trends and seasonsEncouraging team growth and development, ensuring the team are striving to support in the delivery of the department strategyContributing to team and departmental meetingsSupporting the team in following established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategyWorking with the Seniors and Managers to support the training and development of new full-timersEncouraging the team to be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies, leading by exampleWorking closely with your Seniors and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategyBuild strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio teamDemonstrating excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competitors when required to ensure we are market leadersWe’re big believers that the best ideas happen when we’re together.
