Key Responsibilities
Full‑Funnel Campaign Delivery
Work closely with the central team in Dublin & support the planning and execution of market‑wide, full‑funnel marketing campaigns in Italy ensuring an Italian point of view is within all comms development Coordinate across brand, media, creative, PR, retail, and digital teams to ensure integrated deliveryLocalise global campaign assets for the Italian market, ensuring cultural relevance and fashion credibilityManage timelines, campaign calendars, and cross‑functional communication throughout the campaign periodLiaise with local retail and store teams to bring campaigns to life in‑store and support retail activationTrack campaign results across awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion metricsDigital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Support the centralised digital team in the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and videoOwn the localised media budget and media agency to ensure best‑in‑class performanceDevelop local campaign briefs that reflect brand tone, fashion trends, and local market insightsWebsite Support
Support the centralised digital team in coordinating content updates across product pages, homepages, and editorial sectionsSupport with onsite storytelling for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and fashion editsWork with the digital team to analyse traffic, onsite behaviour, and conversion data translating it locally to educate teamsAnalytics & Reporting
Working with the central team, track and report on marketing KPIs using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)Building and holding a tight relationship with our central insight team to ensure all marketing is tracking towards our long term brand health goalsPrepare performance insights and recommendations for the wider Italian and centralised marketing teamsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends, especially within affordable fashion and family fashion retailGeneral Brand Support
Plan & execute PR initiatives, influencer activity, events, and seasonal campaign launchesEnsure all marketing materials are on‑brand, cohesive, and fashion‑credibleCollaborate with local retail teams to support in‑store marketing needs and align on key campaign moments Required Skills & Experience
7+ years’ experience in marketing or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyleFluent EnglishStrong understanding of digital channels and social media platformsExcellent copywriting skills and a feel for fashion‑forward storytellingAbility to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsComfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projectsHighly organised, proactive, and detail‑orientedStrong cross‑functional communication skillsDesirable SkillsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar content creation toolsBasic understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM)Knowledge of SEO or email marketing platformsPassion for fashion trends, digital culture, and retail.
