About this role
The ProdOps team is responsible for all operational management of one of Pismo's largest products, the migration product. This includes planning and executing the migration process from end-to-end. The team currently consists of four people (Senior Manager + 3 Consultants), working collaboratively and in shifts to ensure successful migration processing and a smooth experience for the clients/teams involved.
What you will do:
Support customer migration process, define timeline, and management of all migrations processSupport Product Operational team and squads to solve operational issuesWork closely with the Engineering Team to identify operations issues and bring them to the squads to improve the products and featuresBe the key person to support the efficiency between engineering, product, and customersDevelopment support materials and documentation about the product business and processes that involve the operation processHelp the Product, Implementation and Engineering Team to support the customer implementationWork closely with the customers and IT Governance team to support the Product Manager on customer cardsBuilding and iterating systems that inform the tech team of key user issues and seeing through their resolutionsSummarizing trends and themes from feature requests, support tickets, and churn reasonsCompiling reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholdersSupport feature development and maintenance projects within the product, engineering, and design teamsGather and analyze product data, surfacing relevant teams to inform the direction and understanding of key featuresThis is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
