As Senior Director, Client Consulting - Singapore, Visa Consulting & Analytics , you will be leading and responsible for the Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) P&L in Singapore. In this role, you are expected to:

Establish and cultivate relationship with Visa’s clients and partners – Banks / Issuers, Acquirers, and Merchants & Fintech firms, by partnering with clients on a range of strategic and execution linked topicsLead business development and execution of advisory engagements in SingaporeChampion people leadership agenda for a fast-growing VCA team in SingaporeWork cross-functionally with other Visa teams (such as Marketing, Product, VAS, etc.) to bring holistic solutions to our clientsBe the face of the franchise and establish credibility in the marketThis role has dual reporting to the geo Head of VCA for SMT (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) cluster, and to the Country Manager of Singapore.

Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 9 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experienceWhat you will need:The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience in Singapore, is curious about the payments industry and is driven by delivering impact for clients.15+ years of experience in top-tier FI / FS consulting in Singapore (currently at Principal or Associate Partner level or equivalent)Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects / transformation programs at large banks, with clear ability to deliver outcomesKnowledge of emerging trends in the local payment landscape including FintechStrong client stakeholder management skills and communication skillsExperience and proven ability to attract, hire and retain top talentWhat will also help:MBA or equivalent education, certifications and/or business backgroundUnderstanding of cards P&L & key drivers, merchant acquiring, SME banking Visa is an EEO Employer.
