The Role At Veeva, we are building the industry cloud for life sciences. Our mission is to help our customers bring their products to market faster and more efficiently, improving and extending human life. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our expanding team and partner with Europe's most innovative life sciences companies. As a CSM for our OpenData product, you will be more than an account manager; you will be a strategic consultant and a trusted advisor. Your role is central to our most important value: Customer Success. You will take an end-to-end perspective on their business, ensuring our customers achieve the highest possible value from their investment in Veeva by guiding them through a complex data landscape and helping them leverage our commercial platform to its full potential.
