About this role
**Key Responsibilities** - Assist chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping, peeling, portioning) - Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area - Receive and store deliveries properly - Take out trash and ensure waste is handled correctly - Support the team during busy service hours - Follow food safety and hygiene standards **Requirements** - Willingness to learn and take direction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good teamwork and communication skills - Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks - Availability to work evenings and weekends if needed - Must own hygiene passport
