We're looking for a talented individual to join our growing team and share the future using a combination of science and engineering. In this role, you'll play a key role in developing mathematical models for science and engineering challenges and enabling them to have exa-scale capabilities. What you'll be doing: ● Develop mathematical models for science and engineering applications using partial differential equations with numerical methods ● Implement code for science and engineering problems aiming at exascale computing using GPU, CPU, and heterogeneous programming ● Participate in the national and European efforts in matters of research and development What we're looking for: ● PhD degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent degree ● Minimum 3 years of experience in high-performance computing (HPC). ● Advanced know-how in the fields of HPC, HPDA, and AI, specifically parallel programming (Julia, CUDA, OpenACC, OpenMP Offloading) and CPU (shared and distributed memory programming). ● Experience in a research/startup environment ● Excellent communication and writing skills ● Advanced project management skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment commitment, teamwork, and interpersonal skills We offer: ● Young and dynamic startup company ● Continuous learning and development opportunities ● Unique opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects ● Competitive salary and benefits package ● Collaborative and state-of-the-art work environment ● Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business development Ready to nablify?
