Experienced Officer | Payroll and Personal income Tax (m/f) You will be part of a human-sized team where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are at the heart of everything we do. Your missions will be: Payroll: • Manage and oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients with full autonomy • Review, validate, and process complex payroll data in Keypaye • Ensure full compliance with Luxembourg labour law, social security, and tax regulations • Perform advanced payroll controls and resolve discrepancies proactively • Supervise or mentor junior payroll officers when required • Prepare and review client invoicing with accuracy and analytical insight Tax: • Preparation and filing of individual tax returns • Calculation of Luxembourg taxes, considering cross border and international specificities • Preparation of tax advice and analysis of potential tax impacts • Preparation and delivery of internal and external training sessions • Client support and guidance (onboarding, meetings, advisory services, review of tax assessments, communication with the tax authorities, etc.) Your profile: • 3+ years of experience in a similar payroll, HR administration, or fiduciary environment • Solid understanding of Luxembourg labour law, social security, and payroll regulations • Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, accounting, business management or finance; • Fluent in French and English, German and Luxembourg being a big advantage. • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel; experience in SQL being an advantage. • Interpersonal skills such as being detail-oriented, thorough, well-organized and resourceful. • Respect deadlines. • Team player who must also work independently. • Excellent relations with the clients, as respect and client partnership are some of our core values.
