Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure while supporting the company's digital transformation. Your Responsibilities Manage and evolve our Microsoft-based infrastructure (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID) Administer servers, virtual environments (VMware), storage, and backup systems Ensure high availability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization Handle patch management and system lifecycle (WSUS, updates, upgrades) Support and troubleshoot complex incidents across infrastructure and applications Contribute to cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure strategies (Azure IaaS/PaaS) Automate operational tasks and processes (PowerShell scripting) Participate in key IT projects Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers Strengthen IT security (identity & access management, network security, VPN) Maintain clear and structured documentation and procedures Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to innovation Your Profile Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles Strong hands-on expertise with: Windows Server (2019–2025) Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) VMware virtualization Good knowledge of: Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid environments) Backup & recovery solutions Microsoft SQL Server Networking fundamentals (routing, firewall, VPN) Scripting skills (PowerShell required; Python is a plus) Experience with monitoring and automation tools is an advantage Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and take ownership Team player with excellent communication skills
